The Twelve Apostles steadily became a major tourist drawcard, especially after construction of the Great Ocean Road by returned servicement from 1919 - 1932.  It is now Victoria's most visited attraction.  Now one of Australia's most eye-catching natural attractions, this group of towering limestone stacks formed by a millenia of wave erorion.  They attract more than 2 million visitors every year.
