The FJ Holden produced from 1953 - 1956 is a pivotal chapter in the Australian Automotive history.  As the 2nd "all Australian" car, it evolved from the 48-215 Series and boasted a distinctive horizontal grille.  The "Holden Special" sedan introduced  - enhanced comfort and style.  FJ Holden offered a Standard, Business and Special trims, plus innovative  coupe Utility and Panel Van Variants.  

 

In 1953 Holden exported to New Zealand starting and enduring legacy.  With a 2.2 Litre Engine and 3 Speed Manual, it achieved impressive speeds, becoming an Australian classic.
