The Royal Australian Mint's Gold Proof Year Set is the benchmark in numismatic quality & attention to detail.  This stunning set of six pure gold coins features Australia's iconic circulating designs, and the Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse as a commemoration of the Seventy year reign of the Late HM Queen Elizabeth II.

Originally created by world renowned artists Stuart Devlin & Horst Hahne, the six designs within this set would have traditionally been recreated in shallow relief in plasticine & plaster.  These skills have  now evolved to encompass 3D Modelling using the latest computer software. Skilled machinists then cut both the positive master tools and negative production dies, ready for artisan engravers to bring each design to life with layers of detailed frosting & polish

This coin release is presented in a beaturiful presentation case with a numbered plaque & Certificate of Authenticity.

All coins feature unique frosted & polished finishes.
